Korean American Family Services Center at JHS 189

JHS 189’s mission is to create a caring learning environment where all students’ individual needs are met and where they are provided with the skills to achieve higher standards of literacy and apply mathematical analysis in all curriculum areas. Our goals are to give students the opportunity to employ the arts and technology as well as to actively participate in service learning in order to prepare them to live and be productive members of a multicultural community in the global world. These educational opportunities and experiences will enable all of our students to understand “what was” appreciate “what is” and envision “what can be.” This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
