Dr. Falu manages the Youth Technology program the Early Childhood/Pre-K programs the GED program and the Heritage Research program.
Dr. Georgina Fal is a leader in the movement towards technology education and economic development in New Yorks Latino and minority communities. Dr. Fal founded the Fal Foundation Upper Manhattans Latino technology center and founded Universal Business and Media School the countrys first registered and accredited computer school owned and operated by a minority woman.

The philosophy of owning their own productive institutions. She is also uplifting the most downtrodden and bypassed members of her community through hard work and education. Dr. Fal is chair of the Community Advisory Board of the Metropolitan Hospital member of Community Board 11 and Chair of its Technology Committee member of the Economic Development Committee of CB11 and Chair of the East Harlem Revolving Loan Fund. In addition she is involved in numerous community councils group forums and task forces to present proposals and push for programs for the overall economic and socio-political development of the community.
