Elite Day Care Learning Center established in 2005 provides high-quality early childhood services for the community of Staten Island. Every year our agency which operates two day care centers identifies and complies with expert standards and regulations. Our professional certified teachers are dedicated to meeting all of their childrens early developmental needs while managing optimal school settings.
