Light Years operates under the Food Program Administration which is an agency of the state in charge of the supervision of the food preparation process. They inspect how we store prepare and provide the meals to our children. They also review our menus for the contents of Vitamin C D proteins vegetables fruits milk cereals and water following My Pyramid nutritional guidelines. Our meals include; Breakfast lunch and p.m. snack.
