The Learning Gate, An Association of Child Care Centers is a private, non-profit organization. Since 1968 we have actively served the community.
The learning Gate is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Human Services and operates within strict compliance of licensing standards. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees consisting of parents, staff and community members. We welcome Board participation by interested members of our community.

Our philosophy is based on the principle that each child is a unique individual and a very special person. We believe that children are our most precious resource, and that the early years are the most significant in human development. We strive to provide a “home away from home” environment for all of our children.
We use a holistic approach to learning, as the children learn through hands on experiences.
