Birch Family Services Early Childhood Center

Early Intervention services are designed for children birth to three years old with developmental delays or disabilities. Services are at no cost to families and include developmental groups and occupational physical and/or speech therapy for children. Early Intervention services are funded through New York City and New York State Departments of Health.

Special Education Preschool services are for children with developmental delays or disabilities three to five years old. These programs are at no cost to families and are funded by the New York State and New York City Departments of Education. Services include special education in a classroom setting along with counseling; occupational physical and/or speech therapy depending upon the childs needs.
