YMCA Child Care at Dueber Elementary School

As the new principal at Dueber Elementary Id like to share a little about myself. I am from Canton Ohio where I have been a teacher in Canton City Schools for 17 years. I am also a product of Canton City Schools having attended Schreiber (Woodland) Elementary School Lehman Junior High School and McKinley High School.

I am very proud and honored to be a new member of the Dueber family. Everyone that I have met or spoken with has been extremely welcoming and friendly. Every day is a learning experience for me at Dueber as I become familiar with the many wonderful names and faces. In some ways I feel like one of our new kindergartners coming into school for the first time.

For many years the staff and parents at Dueber have been working to do good things for kids. It is my intention to maintain that tradition as principal. I intend to foster a sense of community and collaboration as we all work to promote and support the academic success and positive character traits in our students.
