Sunshine Daydreams was started in October of 2003 by Jackie and David Frank, a mother and son team. We joined together to create a fun and exciting learning environment that helps encourage children to become life-long learners while focusing on social and emotional growth.

The philosophy of Sunshine Daydreams Child Development Center is to allow each child to grow and develop in an atmosphere that nurtures the childs developing mind and body. A multi-cultural, anti-bias curriculum is provided to encourage creativity, imagination, critical thinking, social responsibility, self-assurance and empathy.
Every parent is invited to be as active as they possibly can. We want to form a partnership with families. The family needs to know as much about what happens at our center as they do when their children are in their own care. We will communicate details about your childs daily activities. We will always be available to answer questions or set up conferences. We want families to feel confident in our staffs ability. Parent participation is always welcome.
Special days will be set aside for guest speakers and parent education. We will invite parents and grandparents to share their special jobs and interest with the children.
Our staff is made up of professional people trained in early childhood development. Each team member has been carefully selected for their knowledge, compassion and love of young children. Our staff is always continuing their education. We meet all the licensing requirements and are members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, which helps guide our program and philosophy.
Our curriculum offers a developmentally, engaging and age-appropriate program where children are given the freedom within a structured environment to explore, create and interact with adults and other children. It is our belief that children progress most effectively when they find themselves in a relaxed and well-equipped and stimulating environment which allows them many opportunities for exploration and discovery.
We offer a full-day program starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. We want our students to learn through play by offering developmentally-appropriate activities for each age group on a daily basis. Thematic centers will be changed daily.
