Childrens Beginning

Children’s Beginning is a year-round child development center providing early care and education to children living in the Dallas Metropolitan area. Children’s Beginning provides this early education within a multicultural setting and serves children and families from all income levels creating a rich environment of mixed cultural and economic backgrounds for children.

Children’s Beginning is a Texas Ready School and we offer a high quality and

forward-looking dual language (Spanish and English) and school readiness program to young children six weeks through five years of age. Children’s Beginning also provides an after-school and summer school program for children ages six through 12 years.

The doors of Children’s Beginning are open from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM. Monday through Friday; we are licensed under the Department of Family and Protective Services of the State of Texas to provide daily child care for 115 children.

The educational program of Children’s Beginning integrates the internationally acclaimed and scientifically validated High/Scope Curriculum and Assessment process into its dual language program. The High/Scope Research Foundation is a leading research institution with over 40 years of research in high quality early childhood education.
