Highlands Elementary Preschool

The Mission of Highlands Elementary School is to provide a safe and inviting place for students staff and community. Our instructional program recognizes that even though our students come to us from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds with a variety of needs they all possess a capacity to learn and improve. Our instructional staff will collaborate together and respect one another while nurturing and providing for the educational social and emotional needs of all students.
