As a pilot member of the Early Learning Coalition of Duval Quality Rating System (QRS) I would like to welcome you and your child to the QRS pilot project.
You have selected an early childhood learning child care center that participates in the QRS. QRS centers are concerned about providing the highest level of quality early childhood education experiences for your child. Each QRS center has the weekly support and coaching of qualified early educational professionals in both pre-school and infant/toddler classrooms. Centers are provided with materials and equipment to enhance classroom environments. Developmentally appropriate preschool and infant/toddler curriculums that emphasize early literacy skills are implemented in every QRS classroom. QRS center directors and teaching staff are encouraged and supported to advance their early childhood educational goals.

You are your childs first and most important teacher and your active participation is a very important part in your childs educational experience.
