At Especially for Childrens Coon Rapids Center, we serve infant through preschool age children in a caring and educational environment. We have been serving families in the Coon Rapids area since 1995. We are located in the quiet Evergreen Business Park right behind the YMCA and just blocks away from Springbrook Nature Center. We have a warm, friendly, long term team of teaching staff, 50% of whom have been teaching with Especially for Children for 10 years or more. They are here to provide support for your children as well as engage them in learning activities that foster their development.

We use the Creative Curriculum in our large spacious classrooms to provide your child with wonderful opportunities to grow socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally, and to prepare them for entering kindergarten. We have a music program for the toddlers and preschoolers. Every month we invite families to join us in a fun-filled event at the center. Some of the childrens favorite events are: the Mothers Day breakfast, Ice Cream Social, Holiday Concert and Sock Hop Dance.

We invite you to visit the Coon Rapids Center and see for yourself what a positive learning environment this can be for your child and family.
