Our curriculum is thoughtfully planned and developmentally appropriate. The activities are engaging yet challenging. Skills and content are introduced through play movement and exploration. For example colored tiles or objects are used to create patterns sequence events and predict outcome which are important skills for mathematics. Role-playing and dramatic play help children express emotions as well as exercise creativity and develop skills like cooperation and problem solving. There is structured as well as unstructured time for physical development engaging both gross motor and fine motor skills. Music and art are integrated throughout the day. The children have the opportunity to work independently in small groups and as a whole class each and every day. These are all important experiences that a child needs for school and in life.
