Judy manages the daily operations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and has worked as an Education and Training Manager for the Department of Defense for over fifteen years. During her career, she has also worked as a lead instructor for military education, a D.A.R.E. (Drug Awareness Resistance Education) Instructor, a certified Instructional Systems Designer, counselor for Teens in Crisis program, and as a Girl Scout volunteer. Judy has extensive experience in curriculum development and implementation, as well as personnel management.

XanderJeff is not be directly involved in the daily operations, but will be focused on the business and financial aspects. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Park University in Parkville, Missouri and has worked in the Department of Defense for the last twenty years, where he continues to be employed. His primary area of expertise is Systems Engineering and he has in-depth experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and large groups of personnel. The business experience provided by years of military/contractor management and budget analysis will prove very beneficial in those same areas for Little Protgs.
