The Tutoring Factory

The Kidz Factory is a perfect solution for working parents. Our before and after school program is tailor-made for Prince George County parents. Open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Our facility accepts children from 3-14 years old.

Children are dropped off at 6:00 a.m. for breakfast. They are taken to and from school in 15 passenger vans serving 14 area schools. After school, the children are given a snack before they begin their homework, which is checked for completeness and accuracy. The Kidz Factory trained staff also provided one-on-one tutoring. We have a computer lab and a separate tutoring area for math, science, writing, and computer skills.

Children also have access to books, board games, and many “fun” activities. When Prince George County schools are closed, the center is “open” to offer recreational activities such as roller skating, bowling, indoor swimming, arts and crafts, board games, nature projects, and much more.

The Kidz Factory offers children enrichment during the school year, while the Summer Camp Program offers learning, recreation, and social growth in a safe and positive environment. Special events include field trips to recreational and historical locations in the Washington metropolitan area.
