Having learned French as a second language and Spanish as a third, I understand many of the challenges that come with language learning. I began studying French in 9th grade and received a score of 5 on the AP French exam in 12th grade.
I earned a BA in French and then spent a year as an English teaching assistant in Paris. In May 2008, I graduated from San Francisco State University with an MA in French.
