I am a Russian born plein air oil and pastel painter, working in the technique of French and American impressionists. In the USA I had classes in Lois Griffel in Provincetown in Cape Cod School of Art, a school of modern impressionists. I live and paint local landscapes in Crozet, Va. My works are in Barn and Swallaw Gallery and in West End Gallery in Richmond. One of my pastel paintings won an award at the Degas Pastel Competition in 2012.
