I love reading, always have and hopefully always will. I want to share that love. I believe that when a child can read, they can learn anything. Reading is the foundation of education.

I have a bachelor’s degree in social work and worked in the mental health field for 10 years. I then went back to school, after having children of my own, to obtain a teaching degree. My teaching degree is a masters of education in literacy. I am endorsed K-5 and reading K-12.
