I have been studying Japanese off and on for over 10 years. I started studying in high school and minored in Japanese Language and Literature at the University of Utah. I lived in Hokkaido, Japan for nearly two years and currently work for a Japanese candy company in Irvine. While I am not a native Japanese speaker I can assist you in learning Japanese language and culture from an American perspective. While I, too, am always studying reading and writing I excel at conversational Japanese.
