I love helping people succeed in the classroom or with their own health and fitness because I know how school and exercise have benefited me in my life. Growing up, I did not speak until I was five and I was also clinically obese too. Yet, when I applied myself in school and learned how to diet and exercise, everything started to change for me. Now, I am a published author, college football coach and I enjoy public speaking….
