I have observed that she can accelerate through the lessons based on my knowledge and understanding of content. She exhibited skills of a teacher and I believe she could handle more than one student at a time or group of people with varied skills. She quickly assessed my needs through conversation and observation and created lesson content to cover my needs. Overall, she was pleasant and non-intimidating to work with and I would use her to extend my skills and plan to utilize her with employees that need help to optimize their own skills so that my company can benefit from her guidance.
