Ron explains everything in simple terms, making it easier to understand. Ron uses Creative Suite to show you how all the various programs complement each other. This also makes it easier to learn the programs. I recommend Ron for any type or level of user. He has great attention to detail and technical ability. I told Ron what I wanted to work on, and he guided me through a curriculum based on my existing knowledge base, and completely tailored to what I wanted and needed to learn. On many tasks, Ron would often point me in the right direction, but still allow me to fumble my way through the program and figure things out on my own. He was also very flexible in terms of scheduling, very prompt in responding to calls or emails, and willing to meet at times convenient for me. After only two, one-hour lessons I already had a pretty strong grasp of the basics of Powerpoint, and was feeling pretty confident in applying some of the more advance techniques. I am sure with a few more lessons, I will be an expert. I would definitely hire Ron again.
