AP Chemistry Teacher

I have been teaching for 14 years. Currently, I teach chemistry and AP Chemistry at one of the nation’s top 100 public high schools. My (non-honors) chemistry students say they have learned and understand a lot about chemistry from my class. In May 2014, 33% of my 60 AP Chemistry students scored a 5 on the redesigned 2014 AP Chemistry exam; 55% more earned a passing score of 3 or 4. No frills. I just try to make chemistry fun and simple to understand….
