I’ve been sewing for about 15 years, and I’ve taken several workshops and classes in pattern-making, draping, and apparel and costume design. I worked for four years in a theatrical costume shop, where I also designed the costumes for a number of plays and musicals. I’ve done a few freelance costume jobs since then, but I’ve also continued to design and make clothes for myself and other friends and family.
