I would babysit for 2 of my neighbors, one had 2 kids the other had one. I went ahead at 14 and started working at a summer camp where I was taking care of about 10-15 kids by myself and had to make sure I kept them happy and safe I have worked there ever since. When I was 17 I started working at my elementary school teaching kids religion after school.
