Hi Parents!

My name is Audrey and I am available to babysit, run errands, and tutor! I am seeking to help any families this summer until I go off to college in mid-August since I will be an incoming freshman at Illinois State University studying Elementary Education. I absolutely love working with kids!

Most recently, I was a Student Intern at a local CCSD #15 elementary school, assisting a third-grade classroom. There, I helped create engaging lesson plans, activities, and events that promoted positive development and core curriculum goals and worked one-on-one with students on various reading, mathematics, social-emotional, and writing skills. I also interned with the non-profit GiGis Playhouse at their National Office location, assisting dozens of tutors and students from around the world receive quality educational materials, feedback, and lessons. With that, I volunteered as a Sunday school teacher for a local church for nearly three years, mentoring students six to eleven-years-old. I have experience babysitting kiddos ages four to twelve and assisting with morning/night-time and eating routines, fun activities, and outings.

I am free for weekend and date night jobs, and some days in the mornings and afternoons. I am fully COVID-19 vaccinated with a booster, and am happy to wear a mask whenever. I also have a reliable car and references. I hope to hear from you soon!
