Ive had experiences with kids growing up being that I was also raised by a Sitter, but it was more like a second home. Ive had trainings with kids different shades and sizes, I also worked as direct support professional for almost two years before I became server where I am surrounding by different kinds of kids. Im a strong believer in discipline and gentle parenting, and is very secure and safe and I take my job very seriously.
