Hello! My name is Hannah and I recently moved to Brooklyn from Athens, GA. I graduated from the University of Georgia in Sociology with a focus on Art Education. I spent my last semester interning at Athens Montessori School as an art educator in multiple classrooms with varying age groups including preschool, and enjoyed it so much that I have decided to pursue child care as a long term career! Apart from this, I am an artist myself and enjoy working with a variety of 2D and 3D mediums including photography and ceramics. I am also very passionate about food and cooking, and spend a lot of my time trying new restaurants and cooking for loved ones. I would love to work with a family who believe in the importance of art and creativity as forms of play. I have some brief babysitting experience with young children (ages 4-6) and although they were only short term date night situations, I would be interested in something either long or short term! I am in the process of getting CPR certified and have first aid experience through community programs.
