I grew up in Brooklyn and received an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Neuroscience with a focus on learning and brain development. Working with children and their families is something that I have always been passionate in! I am experienced with 5+ years in early childhood education, 7+ years in babysitting/house-sitting/pet-sitting. I have worked with children ranging from 1 to 8 years old. My experience with children ranges from working with them in their homes to their schools. I typically take an emergent based learning approach, with the goal of supporting childrens social, emotional, cognitive, motor, and language development. My teaching background includes Montessori and outdoor based learning. Some of my favorite hobbies include, cooking, running, biking, gardening, and doing yoga. I am hoping to become a certified early childhood general and special education teacher.
