Hello!

My name is Lea, and I am a recent college graduate who recently moved to New York for work. I have a passion for working with children, which began when I was 12, helping my grandmother in her nursery. Since then, I have gained extensive experience through various roles, including working with College Nannies and Sitters and as a camp counselor.

During my university studies, I traveled to seven different cities, which has made me very internationally minded and open to diverse cultures. My experiences with children while travelling are varied: I have worked as a museum educator, a classroom assistant, and a French tutor.

I am also the daughter of two elementary school teachers and have been through the IB, MYP, PYP and IPC school systems. I have taken courses on the science learning and strongly believe in play-based education and encouraging curiosity, independence and fun in education.

I am fluent in both French and English and am currently learning Spanish. In my free time, I love to travel, hike, bake, and learn new crafts.
