Hi! My name is Lillie and I am a native New Yorker looking to be a sitter for the summer. I am currently a rising senior at McGill University in Montreal and I have just returned home from my semester abroad at Trinity College Dublin. My experience with children (aged 4-6) began at my former dance studio, where I would teach groups of 10-15 kids choreography, answer any of their questions, and ensure they were comfortable and excited to be on stage during recitals. I also have a younger brother (then aged 11-13) who I looked after while I was in high school. I took him to his baseball games in Prospect Park, prepared meals for his very picky palette, and helped him with his homework (pushing him to overcome his frustration when confronted by challenging math problems). Growing up in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, I am very familiar with the city. I have been navigating the subway system alone since I was in middle school, and am extremely alert and cautious. I have a great sense of humor, I am extremely patient, and I have excellent communication skills. I enjoy dancing, spending hours in bookstores, and everything bagels.
