As trained yoga instructor, I know how to focus, yet flexible and adaptable to gently respond childrens changing needs. I find great joy in creativity. Coming up with or supporting children in imaginative learning and play keep me young at heart. In addition to yoga, I practice meditation which helps me stay mindful and present.
