Hello my name is Nia Eugene. I come from a large family with 11 siblings. I grew up a middle child so I was always looking after my younger siblings. I love working with children because they are a way of seeing the world with fresh eyes. It brings me happiness to be able to mold that experience into something enjoyable. Children are the future and I love being even just a small piece in the creation of a bright future. I am a former manager at a childrens day spa where we catered to children needs on a daily basis. It was an experience completely tailored to listening to each childs wants, needs and making their choices feel heard. I was usually tasked with managing a very large group of children at once. However I always enjoyed the smaller parties where I was able to connect with the children one on one, and hear about their thoughts and interests. From then on a began watching children for one of the families privately and truly enjoyed my time there. What sets me apart is my knowledge of how important these early years are. I truly believe we as adults lay the ground work to creating the way these little humans see the world. I take pride in implementing positive structure, concepts and experiences into the daily lives of my clients that gives the skills and positive reinforcement that can last a lifetime.
