My name is Hyemin, and I am a rising sophomore in college, where I am pursuing a pre-nursing track. Throughout my life, I found immense joy in engaging with children. In high school, my experiences as a teacher and teacher’s assistant at my church’s Vacation Bible School and Korean School, along with my role as a camp counselor in Philly, have nurtured my passion for spending time with kids. My involvement as a teacher’s assistant and a camp counselor has honed my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. These roles have also cultivated my patience and empathy, crucial qualities when interacting with children. While I might not possess formal babysitting experience, my background has prepared me to create a positive and supportive environment for young individuals.
