Hello! My name is Lauren and I have been working with children since the age of 12, including babysitting, nannying, and teaching. I attended the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with my MEd. I spent a few years substituting in several local school districts before transitioning over to full-time nannying for some wonderful families. Once COVID began, I switched back to (online) teaching. While I love teaching, being a nanny/babysitter brings me a lot of joy and I truly enjoy building that bond with the family and children that I work with. I hope to find a family that matches me well and vice versa! I have been visiting my partner in the UK for the last 4 months and will be returning to Pittsburgh (specifically, Canonsburg) for 3 months (until March 20th, 2022). Therefore, I’m seeking a temporary position. :)
