Happy Autumn to you and yours! I go by Allie for short and am thrilled to be back in sweet home Chicago on leave from my undergraduate studies at Stanford University. Back in 2017, I began caring for a family with two children (beginning age 3 and 7). Throughout 2018 and 2019, I continued with this ongoing family as well as cared for their neighbors toddler, and two other local families that went to their school. As my primary family grew up, I assisted their middle schooler in 2020/21 school year with tutoring and high school admission test prep that resulted in their hard work finally glowing through as all straight As. I am a bubbly, focused yet fun, and motivating sitter who enjoys curating a kid friendly Spotify mix for when homework needs a dance party intermission. Or breaking out my trusty deck of cards for game time, too! My own childhood was very active outdoors with several years as a Junior Lifeguard on Chicagos lakefront that unfolded into my passion for water safety and recreation in high school playing water polo and earning Open Water American Red Cross certification.
