I have been a babysitter and caregiver for upwards of six years. Working with children is something that I have been really passionate about and have centered my career around. I am a fourth year student studying art education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, with an emphasis on elementary aged students. I am currently working as a student teacher in Chicago public schools. I have two years of experience as a nanny, and am used to cooking, tutoring, and light housework as a part of my responsibilities while working. I have occasional sitting and nannying experience from newborn to middle school aged. Engaging kids in educational or art centered activities, or encouraging playtime over screen time are really important to the way that I think about childcare.
