I am a great believer that children learn through play and experiences. I am currently a full time student to receive my associates in ECE. I am also a full time lead teacher in a toddler classroom. I am in charge of creating lesson plans, and coming up with activities “in the moment” since toddlers loose interest fairly quickly. My love for children started at a very young age, my parents opened their own at home daycare so I have had experience in the field. I started babysitting and tutoring English for ESL learners. I am up to date with all of my certificates: CPR and first aid, mandated reporter, SIDS/SUDS, shaken baby, and food handler. Before becoming a toddler teacher I was a Pre-k teacher assistant, I am comfortable with any age group and I can create activities for us to do at home.
