Maeve F.

Hello!
I’m Maeve and use they/them pronouns. I’m 18 years old and am a full time student at UIUC studying social work and psychology, but currently am home in Lincoln Park for break.
Since I was 12, I’ve worked for an organization called CirCesteem, a youth circus located in Uptown. There, I was a counselor, coach, and mentor for kids ages 2-17. I also have experience taking care of relatives as young as 1.
As a sitter, and more broadly as an individual, I ground myself in the values of empathy, diversity, community, and self-esteem. Through play, I hope to aid in teaching kids the importance of respecting yourself and others.
I love teaching kids basic circus skills like juggling, and am into all kinds of art work!
