Hello families! My name Martina and Ive been in childcare for 10+ years. I worked at the YMCA in the childcare department as a summer camp counselor and a before and after school counselor. After college I got into nannying and nannied for various families. Experience with sleep training, meals, proper discipline, potty training, and pretty much anything you encounter from 3 months- 3 years!
