Hello!

My name is Mia and I am a current nursing student in Chicago. I was born and raised here in the city and have managed working part-time and going to school since the age of 17.

While my recent jobs have been primarily in sales and healthcare, during high school I spent a few years babysitting and a few months volunteering at a daycare. I have a younger brother who I am watching grow up right before my eyes! Since I was finishing high school around the time he was born, I was able to assist in taking care of him, and gained some knowledge and experience when it came to childcare.

I am also CPR certified under the American Heart Association for Basic Life Support – infants and young children included.

As a future nurse, I have a passion for healthcare and understand the importance that both healthcare professionals and parents play in encouraging the growth and development of our kids. :)
