Hi – My name is Nina! I’m originally from the Pacific Northwest but moved to Chicago four years ago and graduated with a degree in fine arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I offer child care plus select pet care. I love interacting with children and have experience in both babysitting as well as teaching art. I began babysitting when I was a young teenager and have experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids. I’m also a part time drawing instructor at multiple Chicago schools with children in K-5 after-school programming, a job I am very passionate about. I love being witness to young minds at work and children’s growing personalities. It is a joy and a privilege to help foster curiosity, play and empathy. Outside of childcare and teaching my interests include enjoying the outdoors, cooking, music, art-making, knitting, and reading.
