Hi My name is Shalonia. I am an actor and teaching artist who recently relocated to Chicago. I have worked with students from birth through early collage in a variety of settings. With my undergraduate degree in Theatre Performance and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction I love going on creative drama adventures, helping students find engaging ways into their school curriculums, as well as, learning and exploring.

Previously I work as a teaching artist for Bellevue Youth Theatre and Seattle Rep, Seattle Childrens Theatre, and Intiman Theatre. I have also worked at Bellevue Montessori School, Woodland Park Zoo Camps, and was a Toddler Teacher at Bright Horizons. Working with kids as an educator is a passion of mine so I bring it into the activities I use as a nanny & sitter.
