I’ve had this babysitting passion for a few years now but since I’m so young I couldn’t fully commit. I love kids especially how happy, innocent, and pure they are. So to still help kids while I was in school, I became a tutor. Specifically
for elementary students at Claymont Elementary. It was on zoom like every Thursday during lunchtime For about 15 minutes, just studying with the kids and going over some of the things that they were being taught at the time, it was a cool experience, and it made me realize that I like tutoring a little bit so my junior year became an AVID tutor. This was a class on my schedule so I had it all year and I was able to create a bond with the new ninth graders and help them learn the strategies of avid. Now, as a senior my schedule is way clearer so I’m finally able to become a babysitter!!
