I have a master’s in exercise science and have worked in physical therapy for over five years. Along with this clinical experience comes a certification in CPR and first aid. (I’ve even saved someone from choking!)

I grew up in a family of five kids, which meant constant babysitting and caring for younger siblings and infants. Growing up, my primary jobs were babysitting and nannying. I have experience working with newborns to teenagers.

My husband and I live in the Harrisburg area, and have been married for a little over two years. He is a resident physician.
