My love of taking care of children was founded when I was volunteering with a speech therapist. My experience is mostly with autistic children; while teaching them how to effectively communicate, I learned how to balance laughter and lessons. I also feel as though stability is especially important during this pandemic, and I feel obliged and excited to extend that to a family. I would love for this to be a way to positively impact my community!
