Hi! My name is Katie and Im a current graduate student in dance at Ohio State. Originally from Alaska, Im very active and love adventure, and spend time outside in some way every day. I come from a family of 5 kids and we also have many people we consider family outside of our immediate crew. I have been babysitting consistently since I was 14, and was a kids leader at my church for years. The one thing I have missed the most since being in school is getting to interact with kids, since everyone in school is my age (boring!). I worked at a PT clinic for a few years and have experience working with disabilities, have been CPR certified multiple times. My mode of transportation is currently a bike or bus, so looking for place nearby or who could help with rides. Im on my bike all the time though and dont mind riding a few miles to get somewhere. I would love to make some connections here that I could build a relationship with, both the kids and the parents. Im not looking for weekly work (grad school can be crazy), but side jobs whenever they are needed! Im pet friendly and no allergies and am happy to help with school. Im the type of person who likes to feel like Im in a family, so tend to treat the people in my life like that no matter who they are. If I sound like a good fit, definitely reach out!
