I am a compassionate and experienced childcare professional with a strong educational background in Family Studies and a Masters degree in Teaching, Leadership, and Collaboration. My passion for working with children began early and grew through hands-on babysitting experience during my undergraduate years, where I cared for children of various ages and developmental stages in home settings. These early experiences helped shape my understanding of the importance of nurturing care, consistency, and patience in a child’s life.

Professionally, I have served as a Special Services Specialist, where I worked with children who have a wide range of developmental and learning needs. This role has equipped me with extensive knowledge of behavior management, individualized support strategies, and inclusive educational practices.

In addition to my formal education, I am certified in CPR and First Aid, and I continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance my skills in areas such as child safety, trauma-informed care, and special needs support. I bring a calm, attentive, and developmentally focused approach to every family I work with, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and engaged.
