I love being a babysitter because it allows me to use my passion and experience to support childrens growth and well-being. With a background as a teacher aide, ESL (English as a Second Language) aide, early childhood teacher, and coach, Ive developed strong skills in communication, patience, and creativity. I know how to connect with kids, keep them engaged, and help them feel safe, supported, and understood.

My experience as a soccer and volleyball coach taught me the importance of teamwork, confidence-building, and physical activity in child development. As an ESL teacher aide and bilingual Spanish speaker, Im able to support children who are learning English while also helping them feel comfortable in their native language. This has helped me build trust with both children and families from diverse backgrounds.

As a family and scholar engagement coordinator, I worked closely with parents to strengthen home-school connections. Babysitting allows me to bring all of these experiences together to positively impact childrens lives every day.
