Hello. My name is Lorna and I have always worked with children. I have 3 children and had an amazing time with them as a stay at home mom for 7 years before returning to work as a teacher. I have been a French and ESL teacher for 26 years. I am equally nurturing, caring, enthusiastic, energetic, athletic, friendly, funny, reasonable, respectful, and kind. I have enough experience and calmness of mind to know how to navigate the many needs of children whether it be soft, gentle nurturing or fun, attentive game-playing and conversation or a kind and respectful redirecting of behavior as needed. I learned with my own children that being confident and kind as a caregiver creates a respectful dynamic and opens the way for respectful exchanges. I have always treated my students in kind as well. I would love to spend time with your little ones to care for their many needs and create a fun, wonderful time together.
